I used to think I was good playing on Hard mode, then Carson went right past me, this kid only plays on expert.

We have a long tradition of shooting firearms in my family. I have been shooting since I was big enough to hold up my first BB gun. Well me, my boys (Carson and Ruger), my Dad, and a few friends went out this afternoon to take in a little target practice.

Today was especially good because it was the first time Carson got to shoot a somewhat high powered rifle (other than a 12 gauge). My Dad brought out his Pre-64 Winchester 30-30 rifle for him to shoot. I apologize for not bringing a real camera of some sort for it, but all I had was my phone so that is what you will get.

Another friend brought an HK G3 out. This was the first time I have ever had the opportunity to shoot one. I enjoyed it, it was much smoother than I was expecting. It felt about the same as an AR-15 to me.

I have a friend here at work that has the worst work luck with iPhones, he is a huge fan of them, but he is now on his 4th one. His first 2g iPhone was in his pocket when a friend of his threw him in the ocean, he replaced it soon after. He then went and got the new 3g early on (pictured above), it fell out of his pocket while he was riding on his motorcycle. He has since replaced it, but I am sure its days are numbered.

We went down to the temple tonight to check out this years Christmas lights. We went with a big crew.

Well as another year is about to come to a close, and I found myself trying to figure out this years Christmas card. It is a simple design but I like it, and if you are one of the lucky few, you will be receiving are hard copy of it shortly.
